Personal Info
Nikki joined Oosthuizen & Co as a Candidate Attorney in February 2023 and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa in March 2025. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa in 2022, balancing her studies with an already established professional career.
Before entering the legal profession, Nikki spent 18 years as a Financial Manager and Director at a property development, property management, and project management company. In this role, she oversaw the company’s financial, administrative, and operational functions, gaining extensive hands-on experience in property transactions, contractual matters, and working closely with attorneys. Through this exposure, she developed a strong interest in the legal aspects of property and commercial transactions.
At the age of 34, Nikki made the decision to transition into law, bringing with her nearly two decades of commercial and property experience. Her background gives her a practical, solution-focused perspective and a strong understanding of both the legal and financial implications of transactions.
Nikki intends to specialise in conveyancing and deceased estates, where her combined legal knowledge and business experience enable her to guide clients with confidence, clarity, and efficiency.
