Chesley Neethling is an Associate Attorney at Oosthuizen & Co, practising from the firm’s Somerset West office. He holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2019.
Chesley has experience across a range of legal matters, with a particular interest in property law, civil litigation, debt recovery, family law, deceased estates, wills and trusts, and commercial disputes. He is committed to providing practical, solution-driven legal advice while developing strong and lasting relationships with his clients.
He is also current pursuing an LLM in Mercantile Law at the University of the Western Cape, with a research focus on corporate criminal liability and accountability in South African law.
