Nadene joined Oosthuizen & Co in March 2021 as a candidate attorney and was admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of South Africa during November 2022. She has extensive knowledge on South African immigration laws and has successfully facilitated hundreds of temporary and permanent resident applications over the last 5 years.
Nadene has a special interest in family law and collaborative divorces and endeavours to meaningfully contribute to amicable and family-focused separations and divorces by engaging in interest-based rather than positional bargaining.
